Securing netowrk from unknown devices
My organisation has a scenario where access to a web service has to be provided to authorised users who do not own managed devices. These unmanaged devices are smart phones, Laptops , tablets, desktops any thing really with an internet connection.
We have APM available to us how can I ensure that these unknown devices are at an agreed specification and that our network is safe from attack.

Depending on if APM can run plugin on the end-point, it can do quite a number of client side checks like anti-virus, registry, firewall etc

Machine certificate, iPhone UUID's etc some of the mechanisms you may be able to make use to register.
