I've seen posts on doing this and looking to see if there's a better way yet.
I need to now search multiple OUs in an LDAP query for a domain with its APM SearchDn set right now to ou=Domain Users,dc...

EmployeeI don't think adding another LDAP Query would slow things down very much as you will limit the search down to a specific OU. The best thing to do is set it up and see how things workout.
