SAP Note regarding HTTP timers issue w/ Web Dispatcher

Anyone familiar with the timers referred to in the SAP Note 1177035? I'm not sure where to look to check timers that are described in this note. Anyone come across this before?     Here is ...

Thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this Note was extremely vague.

 

 

The TCP timer is the one I thought of as well. We adjusted it up to 900 seconds yesterday afternoon. I should know today if this fixes the issue. I'll follow up on persistence as well, as a possibility, if the timer doesn't resolve this.
