/saml/idp/profile/post/sls

I have an APM IdP bound to an external SP. When a user logs out of the SP Application, SLO kicks in and the user is directed to https://myidp.com/saml/idp/profile/post/sls. The APM session is removed but this page results in an error connection reset and the user is left on the blank page. Shouldn't APM IdP redirect the user to the vdesk hangup page automatically during a single logout process? Anyone seen this before or have a work around?

    Bueller?? I mean I guess I can redirect the user using an iRule to vdesk hangup and do an access session remove but I just thought it was supposed to happen natively vs just being shown a blank error page.

    Hi Greg,

     

    You have multiple SP attached to this IDP?

     

    In your case when you encounter this behaviour you were connected on 2 sp with your IDP?

    I have not yet figured this out. Am I right to expect the native functionality to redirect the user to vdesk hangup?
