I am taking over our F5 APM solution and we are looking to do a SAML connection with a vendor. I did get the remote vendor site to load from my F5 landing page with errors, so I sent a SAML Response log to the vendor per their request. They indicated the cert and NameID looked good but we are missing 4 attributes and those need to be sent in the SAML response.

SAML Attributes
In the left pane of the Create New IdP Service box, click SAML Attributes.
Name: Type your SAML Attribute Name.
Value: Type your SAML Attribute Value,
