Why don't you try adding a log statement before the switch:


when CLIENT_ACCEPTED {
   log local0. "Client [IP::remote_addr]:[TCP::remote_port] -> [IP::local_addr]:[TCP::local_port]"
   
}

This will help debug what's happening. Log statement output to /var/log/ltm.
