Routing domain traffic from behind LTM

I have 2 load balanced servers behind an Big Ip LTM which work correctly, however I want the 2 servers that are on their own network 10.10.100.0 to route traffic to the 192.168.0.0 network as this is where the DC's and other resources are, is this a common config? and how would I set it up?

    are you talking about outbound traffic from server (pool member)? if so, network ip (192.168.0.0/16) or wildcard (0.0.0.0/0) forwarding virtual server usable?
