Rewrite Profile stripping unnecessary character

Hi,

Recently i try to rewrite url (both for response and request) using new Rewrite profile in 11.4.0.

Parent Profile : /common/rewrite

Rewrite Mode : URI Translation

Request Settings : Rewrite Headers (other options un-checked)

Response Settings : Rewrite Headers and Rewrite Content

URI Rule :

Rule Type : Both

Client URI : /ads/

Server URI : /openx/www/delivery/

Everything looks fine, but there is a problem with one of our HTML TAG

The HTML tag is :

iframe src="//www.xyz.com/openx/www/delivery/afr.php?...

After rewrite, result is :

iframe src="www.xyz.com/ads/afr.php?...

The leading "//" character is gone, and our frame will result 404.

If we put "http://" or "https://" on src tag, the rewrite works.

Is this a bug ?

fyi, we use "//" character so the request will follow http or https, according how the client access the page.
