Just attaching a link that help you in the configuration - Deploying BIG-IQ Virtual Edition in Amazon Web Services

 

For understanding the system requirement , better to connect with F5 sales/account manager. It will need 100 devices add on license and CPU: 8 CPUsRAM: 32 GB or 64 GB for better performance, especially if collecting extensive statistics, alerts, or events from the managed devices. So better to connect with F5 and get the suggetsions.
