Cirrusreplace LTM and gtm discovery
hello all , i am migrating an LTM from 1900 platform to 4000 series . the LTM is connect to GTM and iQuery is communicating between the two i have migrated all config from 1900 to 4000 and now want to cut over
Question - when i unplug 1900 and plug in 4000 - would i need to run "bigip_add " on GTM to do a cert exchange
and any other step i need to perform Thanks

It is depend how did you deploy new platform. Was it UCS or HA sync? if yes, then there should be no reason to run big-ip add.
if it is fresh install then yes.
You can easily identify if bigip_add is required. On the gtm run "tmsh show gtm iquery " if the status is not "connected" then you need to run it.
As alternative, you can "tail -f /var/log/gtm| grep " to see the error. If you see cert error, then you need to run bigip_add
