Removed ASM policies lead to "sync failed"

Hello,

 

the removal of an ASM policy from a virtual server on the primary device in an HA cluster, a failover group sync is not working anymore. It terminates saying it can't find the corresponding policy, leaving the devices in a "sync failed" state. The policy is only removed from the virtual server setting, not set as inactive nor deleted.

 

How do you remove ASM policies in an HA Setting, without risking to lose the ability to sync devices? Could this possibly be a bug?
