So I figured it out. I used the following for reference

The short story is that I needed to add in the "VMware View Policy" as an item (assignment) in the "Per-Session Policy" visual editor (Access --> access profiles) after the "Browser AD Auth". From there there is an option to specify HTML only in the VMware View Policy.
