Remove external links

Hi,

 

 

I was just wondering if it was possible to search and remove any links that are external to my site?

 

 

So I would want to search and remove anything that doesn't match say www.mydomain.com but I would need to also remove the whole url link. ie "

 

 

Is anything like this possible?
