Remote Desktop SSO

Hi, I set access policy with AD auth and RADIUS auth (Duo) At the logon page, users sign in using their user and password only (with domain) The thing is, I'm trying to set remote desktop using SSO and I'm missing the domain. Anyone,please explain how the SSO works with remote desktop and how I can parse the first password authentication
