CirrostratusFor my issue, I think I've solved this by simply setting my connection limit for each pool member to 1. Restating that I am not managing access to an RDS server (RDS would be a better solution) I have several Windows 10 machines that users are accessing. For this setup, it looks like I'm good by setting the connection limit to 1 on each pool member. LTM will not direct connections to a connected RDP session.
