Registration Key and Licenses are replaced and F5 is not working

u are saying that i can extract 8900 Reg key and License through 8900 backup .ucs file

 

yes, both are in ucs file (license file is /config/bigip.license. registration key is inside the license file).

 

i use 7zip to extract ucs file.
