Redundant power supply logs
I disconnected the redundant power supply of F5 LTM 11.4.1 and then connected it back. Now I am receiving logs continuously, although I have removed the warning from the F5 LTM by checking the warning.

How to remove this problem

Check the power supply first: tmsh show sys hardware|grep -iA 5 "Chassis Power Supply Status"

Nimbostratus
The log already informs there are no output and input voltages from/to the PSU and the fan is not spinning. So the tmsh command should just confirm this.
Either the PSU is not getting input AC at all (mains fuse blown/circuit breaker tripped or bad power cord) or the PSU is broken (PSU/internal fuse blown?).
When connecting a "live" equipment there is always a current spike and it may cause fuses to blow if the AC line is already highly loaded.Check the mains AC side, if ok, then if the unit is under valid support contract, open support case and ask for a replacement one.
