Redirect web traffic from old host and old uri to new host and New uri

My client’ requirement got changed, now they asked to Redirect web traffic from oldhost and olduri to newhost and newuri. Is it even achievable via local traffic policy? Please help me with Whichever is the best possible approach. IRule or the local traffic policy.
