redirect rewrite http profile
Hello, i would like to ask a question regarding option redirect rewrite in http profile.
i already read :https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm-concepts-11-4-0/7.html
but i still dont understand it very well.
I got situation when had configured Vip on port 443 and a pool member was also listening on 443 so pass-through and there were also configured http profile with redirect rewrite matching.
As long as it was applied to the vip , we couldnt connect to the server, when i delted it , i could connect.
Can someone explain what does this option do exactly in more clear way, and how it was affecting my configuration?
Thank you very much in advance,

Hi,
This option rewrite redirect response header named Location to force https. For example, if you have a response 302 with a Location header that has the following value : http://my.domain.com/test. This option rewrite the value to https://my.domain.com/test
