Hi,

I will ask for some issue happens to everyone :

when you use 

[string tolower [HTTP::path]]
, is the string you defined lowercase?

for example, the following condition will never match: 

[string tolower [URI::query [HTTP::uri] "cart" ] ] equals "True"
