This would work, assuming we don't need to check the hostname, if you do, let me know and I'll update the rule accordingly; 


when HTTP_REQUEST {
 if { [HTTP::uri] equals "/ACC/acc13" } {
 HTTP::redirect "http://destination.cardiosource.org/"
