My goal: Redirect an Activesync client to download the Airwatch agent and enroll based on a not enrolled status.

Activesync client is not a browser. it will not allow to download file.
Activesync only support clientless (without redirect) mode with Basic authentication.
The first activesync request use OPTIONS method which is not supported in non clientless mode.
