Please, can anyone help to solve the below log ... i restarted the daemon also I did a factory reset for box without successful solution

Depending on the version and modules provisioned, it could be due to DB corruption or due to a Software Defect or miss configuration.
You could open a case with F5 Support who can help you to Find the root cause and Fix the it.
