Health monitor that checks for a text file (non-http)

Is there any way to create a healthcheck monitor that simply checks for the existence of a text file on each of the nodes? (without using HTTP)   I need a way for non-technical folks to disable/e...

Depending on the version you're on, the SMB monitor is broken. See here for an EAV that should work: https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/AdvDesignConfig.Windows-File-Share-Monitor-SMB-CIFS.ashx
