RDP Tunnel failed on 11.6.3

Hi F5 community !

 

I'm wondering if someone get the same issue I'm faced on. I'm in 11.6.3 with APM module. I have an app tunnel with rdp configured to access a window server. This APP RDP is on a webtop. When I launched the tunnel there is a popup which download activeX but this download failed. I tried as well to access RDP with Java client enabled but it fails too. I'm connecting through the webtop with IE8 and up.
