Guys,

This seems to work:

rule my_tcp_insert {
    when SERVER_CONNECTED {
    TCP::collect 1
    TCP::payload replace 0 0 ";"
    TCP::payload replace 0 0 [clientside {IP::remote_addr}]
    }
}

Any optimizations you can suggest?
