Quote in LTM HTTP health monitor

We are tring to add the following as recv string for HTTP health monitor in GUI:

 

status="ok"

 

But get error msg: 01070642:3: Monitor /Common/vs0001-hm parameter contains unescaped " escape with backslash.

 

Does F5 support have " in the receive string.
