quick gtm and ssl question

sorry if this is a very basic question, but i'm new to gtm     do you need a seperate ssl certificate for each virtual server on seperate ltm's even if they're for the same domain?   ...

No you should be able to export a cert and load it on another LTM pair without incident. You can actually just directly copy the .key and .crt files from /config/ssl/ssl.key and /config/ssl/ssl.crt respectively.
