Questions regarding elastic network

I have a few questions regarding deploying the DCD.

 

  1. Can I add a route to the DCD to reach other LTM's that aren't directly connected to the DCD via the elastic network?
  2. Am I collecting data from the VIP VLAN or the server VLAN?
