Query on Bandwidth Controllers

I have a following scenario,

 

Traffic incoming on interface vlan 2875 (10.255.129.96/28) from 10.255.129.100/32 and 10.255.129.102/32 has TCP connection settings modified and limits bandwidth rate: rate-limit bandwidth 10000000 bytes per second. When the bandwidth-rate limit is reached, the F5 should block any further traffic that matches that policy until the bandwidth rate drops below the configured limit.

 

Can I achieve this by creating a static bandwidth control policy with Max rate of 10Mbps, and then create two virtual servers, and mention source 10.255.129.100/32 in one and source 10.255.129.102/32 in other with destination as 10.255.129.96/28 network (or select enabled on vlan2875), and then call the bandwidth control policy in these two virtuals?
