QSFP+ breakout cables (MTP to LC) - How to extend

Good morning,   I'm looking at different options to extend my 40GbE QSFP+ breakout cables (MTP to LC) connection.   The patch cord is only 3m, and I'm looking to extend that connection to 50m....

We are just about to do this very thing. Another large F5 customer is already doing this here in town. Just use a couple of LC couplers like this, https://www.firefold.com/fiber-adapter-lc-lc and the necessary LC fiber to your switch. Our local F5 engineer confirmed the validity of using these.
