Public Website delegation from External DNS to GTM

Team,

 

We have site www.example.com and its working if I type www,example.com or example.com But when I delegate www from external DNS to GTM its resolving only not working if I type example.com.

 

Note : I have delegated only www entry to GTM not all the zone.

 

How to solve this issue ? you prompt action will be appreciated

    Hello,

     

    traditionnaly we don't delegate a fqdn but a sub zone. you should create a sub zone like gslb.example.com where you will have www.gslb.example.com and delegating gslb.example.com to your GTM.
