Public IP assignment for Node ?

Is it possible to assign the public ip to the nodes ? Is so what are the changes need to be done for the vip ? Like snat and all ?

Hi,

 

it's the same thing, as if you assig an internal application. of course we must take into account the network aspect but what you have to do is to create your VS.

 

If your VS is your default GW you can set your VS with the same node IP. If not you have to set a wanted IP for the vs and of course to adjust the DNS in order to reach the VIP (not to bypass the VIP to reach the mode that is on the internet).

 

You have to set your snat to automap also.

 

Can you tell me if the node is SSL/TLS and what kind of VS you want to deploy (Standard with interception or just L4)?
