ProxyPass v10/v11 iRule multiple internal data groups?

I was wondering if this iRule could look at multiple internal data groups for organizational purposes. So lets say I have five companies that send data to me via a basic incoming URI, but each company has multiple URI's, that is then translated to a backend full URL. I would like to be able to have a different data group for each company so I can keep the incoming URI's better organized.
