Are your mods based on the copy of the rule I've posted above, or the stock ProxyPass v10.4 rule?

 

 

Edit: I've just realised that I havent posted my version of the rule to this topic... But i've made a lot of same mods that you've made...

 

 

 

A copy of my edit on the rule is attached...
