proxypass v.10 - route domain

Hi all   I'trying to use F5 (model 3900) as a reverse proxy. The F5 version is 10.2.1. I followed tuh istructions contained in http://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/iRule.ProxyPassV10.ashx but are not sure...
