ProxyPass irule query, dynamic rewriting

Hi ALL, I am using the ProxyPass irule, and wondering if there is any way to implement dynamic rewrites.

 

For example..

 

The user would go to URL http://devserver.com/MessageID=xxxxxx and the proxy server would map to the proper format..

 

I have proxy pass working fine with redirecting to static URL's
