Proxyd error

I am getting continuosly the below notification :     Context: May 4 06:17:42 bip2 proxyd[6296]: connect() to server failed: errno = 61 May 4 09:37:43 wabip2 last message repeated 4 times  ...

I had checked the logs and no update like node flap

 

So i dont think so monitor is making the node down or generating the error.

 

Any idea what could be the reason for this notifocation and how we can resolve this ?
