Proxy Sharepoint with integrated Windows authentication
I have a need to expose part of a Sharepoint Site to another entity. The site is set up to use integrated windows authentication. I need a way to utilize an active directoy service ID for access to the exposed part of the site. Is there an F5 module that could cache that ID and do either Kerberos or NTLM to the SharePoint site so the users do not need to enter any creds?

Access Policy Manager is what you need.

Is that pretty much out of the box funtionality? Or is any development required?

APM handles several forms of AAA out of the box, with no development required. The prebuilt agents allow you to support any number of methods or translations; including Kerberos, NTLM, and SAML.
FYI, I am a certified SharePoint Developer and Architect. I have used F5 for this solution for several years.
