Problems monitoring web page content - LTM v. 9.4.x

Hey everyone. I'm trying to set up what I thought was a pretty straight forward health monitor. This is pretty typical of what I've done with other systems, except this one will not all my node to be marked up.

 

 

Trying to monitor content at the following URL:

 

 

http://hrsdr/hmcng_web/login.jsp

 

 

My string is:

 

 

GET /hmcng_web/login.jsp HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: hrsdr\r\nConnection: Close

 

 

I've been sitting here for a couple hours making changes and tweaks to my syntax with no luck.
