Problems connecting the BIG IP 4000

Good afternoon,

 

I'm having trouble connecting the BIG IP. After connecting the machine, does not raise the appliance interface.

 

It is on this screen and will not appear on the menu display.

 

What might be happening?

    Hello,

     

    First of all what lights are lit and what colors are they?

     

    Secondly do you know if in the Web Gui under System | Configuration | Device you have "display lcd system menu" disabled. If so you limit the menu's available on the LCD Panel. If you press the X key you should go back to the normal status screen you can also use the check mark button to freeze / unfreeze the display.
