Problem with Sync

Have you compared the non-shared configuration between devices at all and made sure the required objects are present? Things such as;

 

 

•VLANs

 

•Non floating Self IP Addresses

 

•Device Failover Configuration

 

 

This in particular seems to suggest something is missing from the second device: "01070330:3: Static route gateway 10.x.x.x is not directly connected via an interface"

 

 

As an alternative, you could try manually saving a UCS from device 1 and trying to install it on device 2 or a test device and seeing if you get any further errors.
