Problem with loadbalance traffic from proxy

The user use service 443 and persitance cookie to the server it work Now it have problem it's not work. so i change the persistance by use source persistance and it can can work

 

but customer prefer to use cookie persistance because in the future User will use the proxy. It receive the request from Client and sent to F5 in this step the source ip that sent to F5 is proxy'ip i think it's not work with source persistance

 

Can anyone advice me? How to use persistance with proxy or better solution. (sorry for my english)
