Problem retrieving member status pools

I'm trying to retrieve the status of all members of a pool using getLocalLBPool () get_member_object_status ( pool_list , addressPort ) . ;

The unusual thing about this is that in my development environment works and in my production environment not , displays a message indicating that the member is not in the specified partition.

The configuration of the F5 in both environments is correct in principle , someone could tell me what settings should look ??
