Problem in view users list

Hi,

 

 

I have a problem in viewing users in System\Users List - I receive an error : "General database error retrieving information" in our VM BIG-IP machine.

 

 

Version: BIG-IP 10.2.1 Build 511.81 Engineering Hotfix HF3

 

 

I will be very thankful if someone know how to solve the issue.
