Port Console : Prompt "CFE>"

Hello,

 

 

I have a problem with my BigIP 6900. The appliance is working well but I can't connect to the console port and it's blocked me to do an update.

 

 

When I am connecting to the console I don't see the bigip prompt but I am seeing this prompt :
