Pools and virtual servers showing in red diamond
What could be the issue if all the pools (members too) and virtual servers created, is in red colour? I understand that the red color indicates that the server is down. I have given health monitors as "gateway_ICMP". I had a check in my server side and they're healthy in networking. They can ping their neighbor servers, as expected. Can anyone please help me what all checkpoints I need to consider for trouble shooting? It would be good if someone can reply me soon as my tasks are currently on hold..

Why gateway_ICMP please, for servers you'd typically use icmp or a application level monitor? I'd suggest you do a manual ping from the CLI of the F5 to the real servers and take it from there.

Which CLI access troubleshooting is virtually impossible. The best you can do is run a packet capture using an appropriate filter expression: Menu path: System > Support > TCP Dump.

i understand icmp monitor cannot be assigned to pool or pool member but gateway_icmp.
as Steven suggested, i think it is better to do troubleshooting using command line.
