Not positive this is relevant, but it sounds like it may be.

 

I recently wrote a blog post called Broken iRules Maintenance Page talking about the logic change in v13 of BIG-IP.

 

On older versions, if all pool members are disabled, the VIP would still process traffic. On newer versions the VIP stops doing anything.

    So are you saying that when all pool members are down, the VIP is still green in the GUI, or is it red and just accepting monitor traffic from GTM?
