polycom configuration in LC

Hello all,

 

i m facing issue,while configuring the Polycom application in LC.

 

i configured VIP for Polycom and pool as a firewall pool.

 

VIP(203.197.X.35)

 

|

 

|

 

Pool(203.197.X.72)

 

the ip addr 203.197.X.72 is a firewall IP.

 

Issue is that when i dial for my remote polycom it get connect for few seconds only and it get disconnect.

 

i tried the sol7209 and sol7210,but things are not workin.

 

Is there any need to create wild-card virtual server for same to flow outbound traffic, since i have not made any provision(for polycom) for outbound traffic.
