Policy Check not working

Hello,

I am trying to created a policy check using "check sytem registry" to prevent users to log from a particular PC that it is at a customer location. So if the user is at that location, they will not be able to launch Network Access.

Here is the policy I have created:

“HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\uRoam”.”Test”=”0xfff”

I have try all source of combination with NOT / NOT ISPR, and still does not work.

The idea is if the user logs from the PC that has the registry key it should not allow them to use network access, and if they log into another pc that doesn't have that key they should be able to use network access.

Thanks,

Fg

  • Hi,

When you say 'not working' what do you mean? I assume you're using a Registry Check PreLogon Inspection action right? If so you need to record the check_id and use that in a Protected Configuration and apply the Protected Configuration to the Network Access resource in question.

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers,
